EnderTech has recently upgraded many clients to a new and improved Cloud Hosting platform.
This means that you will have a new interface for managing your hosting account, including email addresses. For some of you, your email username and password will have to change to comply with more strict security requirements.
This page will explain how you access your Cloud Hosting Control Panel.
- Visit the control panel at http://www.WebSiteSettings.com
- Log in with your username and password. Call us if you don't know it.
- You will be presented with a list of your websites.
- Click the website you want to manage.
How to change your email password.
- Follow steps 1 - 4 above.
- Click the "Email Accounts" tab.
- Click the email account you want to change the password for.
- Change the password.
How to configure your email program.
- Every email program is a little different, but the same rules always apply. You must specifiy the incoming server, the outgoing server, your username, your password, and make sure you have normal authentication turned on for your outgoing server.
- The incoming server will be mail.<your_domain>
- The outgoing server will be mail.<your_domain>
- The username will be your email address.
- The password will be the one you set in the control panel.
- Make sure Outgoing Server Authentication (or SMTP Authentication) is turned ON (possibly with a "Normal" or "Password" option).
